2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:
- You have been charged incorrectly or more than once for the same service.
- You purchased a plan by mistake and have not used any premium features.
- You experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time (usually 7 working days).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
